The Grip of Grace
A few weeks ago I shared a testimony that illustrated in a real life and practical way what the Lord meant when He whispered these words to me.... “Come away with me.” My testimony was that the Lord spoke to me about a funeral that I was to officiate even before I was asked by the mother of the deceased young woman. Not only did He impress on me that I was to speak, but He also told me WHAT I was supposed to say.
He took me to John’s gospel chapter 10 verses 27-30 TPT where it is stated that His grip on His sheep is so strong that no one can pluck or snatch us out of His hand. We should be thankful that He has such a strong grip and that He’s willing to use it.
In this message, “The Grip of Grace,” I want to follow up on a point that I made last week. The effect of Adam’s original sin on all of humanity was a foreshadowing of the greater effect of the second Adam’s (Jesus) righteousness.
This will be a very encouraging and empowering word for the days ahead.
