An Employer's Perspective

In this service I will be ministering “tag team style” with Pastor Kelly Shultz. Although not currently pastoring in the traditional sense, Kelly and his wife MaryBeth served for several years in this capacity. In this session however I have asked Kelly to share from a professional perspective as he has been a Human Resources professional for many years.

As we begin to re-identify what it means to be a Kingdom minded people, I believe that it will be helpful to see our day to day occupations from someone who understands both ends of the spectrum. Kelly will give us some very practical insights on how to be both salt and light in our Kingdom assignments.
