Unified by Glory (Doxa)

As previously stated, I have felt led by the Lord to meditate on the gospel of John for over 2 months now. I believe that He is revealing to the body of Christ that we are in a gloriously tumultuous time. A time that in many ways parallels “As it was in the beginning....”

When Jesus died for the sins of the world, there was a shaking both in the physical world and in the spiritual, as well as in the hearts of men and women. I believe that we are entering into a very similar time. History is again repeating itself. 

If this be true and He is preparing us, then we have a responsibility to take this warning ⚠️ and seek the counsel of Holy Spirit to not only survive the shaking, but thrive because of it. 

In John 17 we see Jesus praying for His disciples right before He enters the Garden of Gethsemane. As in the previous chapters, His main focus and request from the Father is for His disciples to realize a unity with the Godhead as well as each other. He is leaving and His ministry must continue through these tax gatherers and fishermen. 

We must realize that we are in a parallel time. He wishes to use us to facilitate the greatest move of God that the world has ever seen.
