How it all started...
The Refuge Church began with another name entirely, but Pastor Darren and the congregation felt that God was calling them to something new. Something important. They left the small building and spent more than two years growing in numbers and unity from home locations.
Expanding the vision...
Even in a home setting, the Refuge has been able to provide hope and Biblical training to many. The small groups encourage more interactive services, and many have been growing and learning to hear God on their own.
The church is even able to reach greater numbers online, so the size of the building does not hold them back!

Where we are headed...
God has called us to become a Refuge to those who are hurting, who need the Lord and all He has to offer. We are honored to be where we are, but so excited about where He is leading us next!
